**第一項** 前条第一項に規定するもののほか、社会保険労務士法人は、第二条の二第一項の規定により社会保険労務士が処理することができる事務を当該社会保険労務士法人の社員又は使用人である社会保険労務士（以下この条及び第二十五条の二十四第四項において「社員等」という。）に行わせる事務の委託を受けることができる。この場合において、当該社会保険労務士法人は、委託者に、当該社会保険労務士法人の社員等のうちからその補佐人を選任させなければならない。

In addition to what is prescribed in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, a labor and social security attorney corporation may accept entrustment of affairs that a labor and social security attorney may handle under Article 2-2, paragraph (1), to be performed by a labor and social security attorney who is a member or employee of that labor and social security attorney corporation (hereinafter in this Article and Article 25-24, paragraph (4) referred to as a "member, etc."). In this case, the labor and social security attorney corporation must have the entrusting party appoint an assistant from among the members, etc. of that labor and social security attorney corporation.
