**第一項** 社会保険労務士会又は連合会は、社会保険労務士会の会員について、前二条に規定する行為又は事実があると認めたときは、厚生労働大臣に対し、当該会員の氏名及び事業所の所在地並びにその行為又は事実を通知しなければならない。
