**第一項**  連合会は、社会保険労務士が次の各号のいずれかに該当したときは、遅滞なく、その登録を抹消しなければならない。

  In addition to what is prescribed in the preceding item, when the labor and social security attorney has ceased to be qualified to be a labor and social security attorney by reason of having come to fall under any of Article 5, items (ii) through (v) and items (vii) through (ix), or for any other reason.

**第二項**  社会保険労務士が前項第二号又は第四号に該当することとなつたときは、その者、その法定代理人又はその相続人は、遅滞なく、その旨を連合会に届け出なければならない。
