**第一項** 紛争解決手続代理業務試験は、紛争解決手続代理業務を行うのに必要な学識及び実務能力に関する研修であつて厚生労働省令で定めるものを修了した社会保険労務士に対し、当該学識及び実務能力を有するかどうかを判定するために、毎年一回以上、厚生労働大臣が行う。
