**第一項**  旧法第四条の保護処分を受けた少年に対しては、旧法第六十三条の規定により刑事訴追をすることのできない事件について、刑事訴追をし、又は家庭裁判所の審判に付することはできない。

With respect to a juvenile who has been subjected to a disposition for rehabilitation of an adjudicated delinquent under Article 4 of the Former Act, a criminal prosecution may not be instituted, nor may the juvenile be subjected to a trial and decision in a family court, for a case in which a criminal prosecution cannot be instituted under the provisions of Article 63 of the Former Act.

**第一項**  第六十条の規定は、この法律施行前、少年のとき犯した罪により死刑又は無期の刑法等の一部を改正する法律（令和四年法律第六十七号）第二条の規定による改正前の刑法（以下この条において「旧刑法」という。）第十二条に規定する懲役若しくは旧刑法第十三条に規定する禁錮に処せられ、減刑その他の事由で刑期を満了し、又は刑の執行の免除を受けた者に対しても、これを適用する。

The provisions of Article 60 also apply to a person who, before this Act came into effect, was sentenced, for a crime committed as a juvenile, to death, to imprisonment with work for life prescribed in Article 12 of the Penal Code prior to amendment by Article 2 of the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code, etc. (Act No. 67 of 2022) (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Former Penal Code"), or to imprisonment without work for life prescribed in Article 13 of the Former Penal Code, and who has served the term of the sentence through commutation of sentence or on other grounds, or who has been exempted from execution of the sentence.
