  **第一項**  家庭裁判所は、第十六条第一項の規定により保護司又は児童委員をして、調査及び観察の援助をさせた場合には、最高裁判所の定めるところにより、その費用の一部又は全部を支払うことができる。

  When the family court has a volunteer probation officer or a commissioned child welfare volunteer provide assistance in investigation and observation pursuant to the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1), the family court may pay all or part of its costs as prescribed by the Supreme Court.
