### 第二十九条（委託費用の支給） — (Payment of Costs for Requested Work)

  **第一項**  家庭裁判所は、第二十五条第二項第三号の措置として、適当な施設、団体又は個人に補導を委託したときは、その者に対して、これによつて生じた費用の全部又は一部を支給することができる。

  When a family court requests correctional guidance from an appropriate institution, organization or individual as a measure prescribed in Article 25, paragraph (2), item (iii), the family court may pay all or part of the expenses incurred to the institution, organization or individual.
