**第一項**  第一条の規定による改正後の割賦販売法（以下「新法」という。）第四条又は第二十九条の三の規定は、この法律の施行前に締結した割賦販売又はローン提携販売の契約については、適用しない。

The provisions of Article 4 or Article 29-3 of the Installment Sales Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") do not apply to a contract for an installment sale or a loan-affiliated installment sale concluded before this Act comes into effect.
