**第一項**  次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、当該違反行為をした者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は三百万円以下の罰金に処し、又はこれを併科する。

In a case that falls under any of the following items, the violating person is subject to punishment by imprisonment for not more than three years, a fine of not more than 3,000,000 yen, or both:
