### 第四十八条（権限の委任） — (Delegation of Authority)

**第一項**  この法律により主務大臣又は経済産業大臣の権限に属する事項は、政令で定めるところにより、地方支分部局の長に行わせることができる。

The competent minister or the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry may have the head of a local branch office undertake a matter that comes under the purview of the authority accorded to the minister pursuant to this Act, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.

**第二項**  内閣総理大臣は、この法律による権限（政令で定めるものを除く。）を消費者庁長官に委任する。
