  **第一項**  経済産業大臣は、第三十五条の十七の十一第一項若しくは第二項の規定により登録を取り消したとき、又は前条第一項第二号の規定により登録を消除したときは、経済産業省令で定めるところにより、その旨を公示しなければならない。

  When the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry has rescinded a registration pursuant to the provisions of Article 35-17-11, paragraphs (1) or (2), or when it has deleted a registration pursuant to the provisions of item (ii) of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, it must issue a public notice of this pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
