  **第一項**  経済産業大臣は、次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、クレジットカード番号等取扱契約締結事業者登録簿につき、そのクレジットカード番号等取扱契約締結事業者に関する登録を消除しなければならない。

  When any of the following items applies, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry must delete the registration of a business that has a contract for handling credit card numbers with respect to a business that has a contract for handling credit card numbers register:

    **一**  前条第一項又は第二項の規定により登録を取り消したとき。

    **二**  第三十五条の十七の十四の規定による届出があつたときその他クレジットカード番号等取扱契約の締結に係る業務を廃止したことが判明したとき。

    when a notification under the provisions of Article 35-17-14 is filed, or when it is discovered that the business that has a contract for handling credit card numbers has been discontinued.

  **第二項**  前条第三項の規定は、前項第二号の規定により登録を消除した場合に準用する。

  The provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis when a registration is deleted under the provisions of item (ii) of the preceding paragraph.
