**第一項** 総務大臣の職員が、情報通信技術を活用した行政の推進等に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十一号）第三条第九号に規定する処分通知等であって第三十一条の規定により書類を送達して行うこととしているものに関する事務を、同法第七条第一項の規定により同法第六条第一項に規定する電子情報処理組織を使用して行ったときは、第三十二条において読み替えて準用する民事訴訟法第百条第一項の規定による送達に関する事項を記載した書面の作成及び提出に代えて、当該事項を当該電子情報処理組織を使用して総務大臣の使用に係る電子計算機（入出力装置を含む。）に備えられたファイルに記録しなければならない。
