### 第一条（施行期日） — (Effective Date)

**第一項**  この法律（第二条及び第三条を除く。）は、平成十三年一月六日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

This Act (other than Article 2 and Article 3) comes into effect as of January 6, 2001; provided, however, the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the date described in each item:
