## 1. Before Act No. 32 of 2026

> 前項の規定により報告を求められた者は、法務省令で定めるところにより、当該報告をしなければならない。この場合において、当該者が、当該報告に代えて、入国審査官が電磁的記録を利用してその情報を閲覧することができる状態に置く措置であつて法務省令で定めるものを講じたときは、当該報告をしたものとみなす。
