# 出入国管理及び難民認定法 / Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act — 第七十七条 (Article 77)

### 第七十七条（過料） — (Civil Fine)

**第一項**  次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、五十万円以下の過料に処する。

  **一**  第五十六条の規定に違反して入国審査官の行う審査その他入国審査官の職務の執行を拒み、又は妨げた者

  a person who refuses to undergo or obstructs an examination or any other duty to be executed by an immigration inspector in violation of the provisions of Article 56;

  **一の二**  第五十六条の二の規定に違反して、外国人の旅券、乗員手帳又は再入国許可書の確認をしないで当該外国人を本邦に入らせた者

  a person who has allowed foreign nationals to enter Japan without checking their passports, crew member's pocket-ledgers, or re-entry permits, in violation of the provisions of Article 56-2;

  **二**  第五十七条第一項若しくは第二項の規定に違反して報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をし、同条第三項の規定に違反して報告をせず、又は同条第四項から第七項まで若しくは第九項前段の規定に違反して報告をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告をした者

  **三**  第五十八条の規定に違反して上陸することを防止しなかつた者

  a person who has failed to prevent a foreign national from landing in violation of the provisions of Article 58; or

  **四**  第五十九条の規定に違反して送還を怠つた者
