**第一項** 被収容者が死亡した場合において、その死体の埋葬又は火葬を行う者がないときは、墓地、埋葬等に関する法律（昭和二十三年法律第四十八号）第九条の規定にかかわらず、その埋葬又は火葬は、入国者収容所長等が行うものとする。
