**第一項**  この政令は、出入国管理及び難民認定法及び出入国管理及び難民認定法第二条第五号ロの旅券を所持する外国人の上陸申請の特例に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（令和八年法律第三十二号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和八年十月一日）から施行する。
