**第一項**  法第六十一条の七の二の政令で定める事由は、住民基本台帳法施行令（昭和四十二年政令第二百九十二号）第十一条並びに第十二条第一項及び第三項並びに同令第三十条の二十一の規定により読み替えて適用される同令第十二条第二項に定める事由（住民基本台帳法第三十条の五十の規定による通知があったことを除き、記載の修正の事由にあっては、次項第一号から第四号までに掲げる事項についての記載の修正に係るものに限る。）とする。

The grounds specified by Cabinet Order pursuant to Article 61-7-2 of the Act are to be the grounds specified in Article 11 and Article 12, paragraphs (1) and (3) of the Order for the Enforcement of the Residential Basic Book Act (Cabinet Order No. 292 of 1967), and in Article 12, paragraph (2) of that Order as applied following the deemed replacement of terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 30-21 of that Order (excluding where notices filed pursuant to the provisions of Article 30-50 of the Residential Basic Book Act are received, and with respect to grounds for correction of the entry, limited to those that relate to correction of matters listed in items (i) through (iv) of the following paragraph).
