**第一項** この省令の施行の際現に法別表第一の五の表の特定活動の在留資格（技能実習を目的とする活動を指定されたものに限る。）をもって在留する外国人は、第一条第十七号並びに第二条第八号及び第二十八号の適用については、技能実習の在留資格（法別表第一の二の表の技能実習の項の下欄第二号イ又はロに係るものに限る。）をもって本邦に在留するものとみなす。
