**第一項** 第四号施行日前に第二十五条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第四十三条の三第一項に規定する産前産後休業に相当する休業を開始した者については、第四号施行日をその産前産後休業を開始した日とみなして、第二十五条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第百五十九条の三の規定を適用する。
