**第一項**  政府は、薬剤の支給に係る一部負担その他この法律による改正に係る事項について、この法律の施行後の薬剤費を含む医療費の動向、医療保険の財政状況、社会経済情勢の変化等を勘案し、この法律の施行後三年以内に検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
