**第一項**  昭和四十四年九月一日前に分娩した健康保険又は船員保険の被保険者若しくは被保険者であつた者又は被扶養者に係る健康保険法又は船員保険法の規定による分娩費又は配偶者分娩費の額については、なお従前の例による。
