**第一項** 昭和三十二年五月一日において現に旧法第五十五条（旧法第五十七条第二項、第五十九条ノ二第五項及び第五十九条ノ四第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により保険給付を受けている者については、新法第五十五条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
