**第一項** 被保険者又は被保険者であった者が、第六十条第二項（第百四十九条において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により、報告を命ぜられ、正当な理由がなくてこれに従わず、又は同項の規定による当該職員の質問に対して、正当な理由がなくて答弁せず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をしたときは、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。

When a person who is or was an insured person is ordered to make a report pursuant to the provisions of Article 60, paragraph (2) (including when applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 149), but fails to follow the order without justifiable grounds, or without justifiable grounds fails to answer a question asked by the relevant official pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph or answers the question untruthfully, the person is subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen.
