**第一項**  保険者は、第七十六条第五項（第八十五条第九項、第八十五条の二第五項、第八十六条第四項、第百十条第七項及び第百四十九条において準用する場合を含む。第一号において同じ。）及び第八十八条第十一項（第百十一条第三項及び第百四十九条において準用する場合を含む。同号において同じ。）に規定する事務のほか、次に掲げる事務を基盤機構又は国保連合会に委託することができる。

**第二項**  保険者は、前項の規定により同項第二号又は第三号に掲げる事務を委託する場合は、他の医療情報基盤・診療報酬審査支払機構法第一条に規定する保険者、法令の規定により医療に関する給付その他の事務を行う者であって厚生労働省令で定めるもの並びに介護保険法第三条の規定により介護保険を行う市町村及び特別区と共同して委託するものとする。
