**第一項**  健康保険法（大正十一年法律第七十号）第六十五条第三項第三号及び第四号、第七十一条第二項第二号及び第三号、第八十条第八号及び第九号、第八十一条第五号及び第六号、第八十九条第四項第五号及び第六号並びに第九十五条第八号及び第九号の規定は、この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前にした行為により刑に処せられ、これらの規定に該当することとなった者に係る当該刑については、適用しない。

The provisions of Article 65, paragraph (3), items (iii) and (iv), Article 71, paragraph (2), items (ii) and (iii), Article 80, items (viii) and (ix), Article 81, items (v) and (vi), Article 89, paragraph (4), items (v) and (vi), and Article 95, items (viii) and (ix) of the Health Insurance Act (Act No. 70 of 1922) do not apply with regard to the sentence concerned of a person who has been sentenced for an act committed before the day of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") and has thereby come to fall under those provisions.

**第一項**  施行日前に死亡し又は出産した被保険者若しくは日雇特例被保険者若しくはこれらの者であった者又は被扶養者に係る健康保険法の規定による埋葬料及び同法第百条第二項（同法第百五条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）若しくは第百三十六条第二項の規定によりなされる給付若しくは同法の規定による家族埋葬料又は同法の規定による出産育児一時金若しくは家族出産育児一時金の額については、なお従前の例による。
