**第一項**  法第百五十条の十第二項の政令で定める者は、次のとおりとする。

**第二項**  厚生労働大臣は、匿名診療等関連情報利用者が前項各号に掲げる者のいずれかである場合には、法第百五十条の十第一項の手数料を免除する。

**第三項**  前項の規定による手数料の免除を受けようとする匿名診療等関連情報利用者は、当該免除を求める旨及びその理由を記載した書面を厚生労働大臣（法第百五十条の九の規定により厚生労働大臣からの委託を受けて、基盤機構等が法第百五十条の二第一項の規定による匿名診療等関連情報の提供に係る事務の全部を行う場合にあっては、基盤機構等）に提出しなければならない。
