### 第三十条（健全化計画） — Soundness Improvement Plan

  **第一項**  法第二十八条第一項に規定する健全化計画（次項及び次条において単に「健全化計画」という。）は、法第二十八条第一項の規定による指定の日の属する年度の翌年度を初年度とする三箇年間の計画とする。
