  **第一項**  厚生労働大臣は、健康保険組合の合併又は分割の認可をしたときは、合併若しくは分割により設立し、又は消滅した健康保険組合及び合併又は分割後存続する健康保険組合について、次に掲げる事項を告示するものとする。
