**第一項** この法律の施行前に貨物の設計、製造若しくは使用に係る技術の提供を目的とする取引、外国相互間の貨物の移動を伴う貨物の売買に関する取引若しくは役務取引等（旧法第二十五条第四項に規定する役務取引等をいう。）又は貨物の輸出に関し旧法、旧法に基づく命令又はこれらに基づく処分に違反した者に対する取引又は輸出の禁止については、なお従前の例による。

With respect to the prohibition of transactions or exports against a person who, before this Act comes into effect, violated the Former Act, an order based on the Former Act, or a disposition based on either of them, in connection with a transaction intended to provide technology for designing, manufacturing, or using goods, a transaction concerning the buying and selling of goods involving the transfer of goods between foreign countries, or a service transaction or transaction involving the transfer of goods between foreign countries (meaning a service transaction or transaction involving the transfer of goods between foreign countries prescribed in Article 25, paragraph (4) of the Former Act), or in connection with the export of goods, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
