**第一項**  この法律のいかなる条項も、私的独占の禁止及び公正取引の確保に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第五十四号）の適用又は同法に基づき公正取引委員会がいかなる立場において行使する権限をも排除し、変更し、又はこれらに影響を及ぼすものと解釈してはならない。

It is prohibited to construe any provisions of this Act as eliminating, changing, or affecting the application of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade (Act No. 54 of 1947) or the authority exercised by the Fair Trade Commission based on that Act in any position whatsoever.
