**第一項** 厚生労働大臣及び内閣総理大臣は、飲食に起因する衛生上の危害の発生を防止するため、第八条第二項及び第六十三条第五項の規定による報告の内容その他の必要な情報の交換を行うことその他相互の密接な連携の確保に努めるものとする。

The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Prime Minister are to endeavor to ensure close cooperation with each other through the exchange of necessary information, such as reports under the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (2) and Article 63, paragraph (5), in order to prevent the occurrence of sanitation hazards resulting from eating and drinking.
