In such a case, the terms "a person who has obtained the approval referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article" and "an approved business operator" in paragraph (1) of that Article are deemed to be replaced with "a person who has made a notification under the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article" and "a notifying business operator", respectively, and the term "an approved business operator" in paragraph (2) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "a notifying business operator".
