**第一項**  食品、添加物、器具又は容器包装に関しては、公衆衛生に危害を及ぼすおそれがある虚偽の又は誇大な表示又は広告をしてはならない。

False or exaggerated labeling or advertising that is likely to cause harm to public health may not be used for food, additives, apparatus, or containers and packages.
