六　ガスクロマトグラフ質量分析計（食品に残留する農薬取締法第二条第一項に規定する農薬の検査を行う者に限る。）
七　原子吸光分光光度計
八　高速液体クロマトグラフ	次の各号のいずれかに該当すること。
一　学校教育法に基づく大学（短期大学を除く。）、旧大学令に基づく大学又は旧専門学校令に基づく専門学校において医学、歯学、薬学、獣医学、畜産学、水産学、農芸化学若しくは応用化学の課程又はこれらに相当する課程を修めて卒業した後、一年以上理化学的検査の業務に従事した経験を有する者であること。
二　学校教育法に基づく短期大学（同法に基づく専門職大学の前期課程を含む。）又は高等専門学校において工業化学の課程又はこれに相当する課程を修めて卒業した後（同法に基づく専門職大学の前期課程にあつては、修了した後）、三年以上理化学的検査の業務に従事した経験を有する者であること。

八　ふ卵器	次の各号のいずれかに該当すること。
一　学校教育法に基づく大学（短期大学を除く。）、旧大学令に基づく大学又は旧専門学校令に基づく専門学校において医学、歯学、薬学、獣医学、畜産学、水産学、農芸化学若しくは生物学の課程又はこれらに相当する課程を修めて卒業した後、一年以上細菌学的検査の業務に従事した経験を有する者であること。

(viii) High performance liquid chromatograph	A person who falls under any of the following items:
(i) a person who has graduated from a university (excluding a junior college) under the School Education Act, a university under the former University Order, or a technical college under the former Technical College Order after completing a course in medical science, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, animal science, fisheries science, agricultural chemistry, or applied chemistry, or an equivalent course, and has, after that, experience of being engaged in the operation of physicochemical inspections for one year or more;
(ii) a person who has graduated from a junior college under the School Education Act (including the first-semester course of a professional and vocational university under that Act) or a college of technology after completing a course in industrial chemistry or an equivalent course (or, in the case of the first-semester course of a professional and vocational university under that Act, after having completed it), and has, after that, experience of being engaged in the operation of physicochemical inspections for three years or more;
(iii) a person who has equal or greater knowledge and experience than those stated in the preceding two items.	Four persons
Bacteriological inspections	(i) Centrifugal separator
(ii) Water purifying apparatus
(iii) Deep freezer
(iv) Homogenizer
(v) Dry heat sterilizer
(vi) Optical microscope
(vii) Autoclave
(viii) Incubator	A person who falls under any of the following items:
(i) a person who has graduated from a university (excluding a junior college) under the School Education Act, a university under the former University Order, or a technical college under the former Technical College Order after completing a course in medical science, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, animal science, fisheries science, agricultural chemistry, or biology, or an equivalent course, and has, after that, experience of being engaged in the operation of bacteriological inspections for one year or more;
(ii) a person who has graduated from a junior college under the School Education Act (including the first-semester course of a professional and vocational university under that Act) or a college of technology after completing a course in biology or an equivalent course (or, in the case of the first-semester course of a professional and vocational university under that Act, after having completed it), and has, after that, experience of being engaged in the operation of bacteriological inspections for three years or more;
(iii) a person who has equal or greater knowledge and experience than those stated in the preceding two items.	Four persons
Inspections using animals	(i) Centrifugal separator

(iv) Homogenizer	A person who falls under any of the following items:
