**第一項** この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）から第一条の規定による改正前の金融商品取引法（次条から附則第六条までにおいて「旧金融商品取引法」という。）第二十七条の二第一項第四号に規定する政令で定める期間を経過する日前に行う同項に規定する買付け等であって同号の規定を適用した場合において同号に該当することとなるものに関する同号の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。ただし、これらの買付け等の全てが施行日以後に行うものである場合には、この限りでない。
