**第一項**  新金融商品取引法第六十六条の十八の規定は、施行日以後に終了する事業年度に係る同条に規定する説明書類について適用し、施行日前に終了した事業年度に係る旧証券取引法第六十六条の十六に規定する説明書類については、なお従前の例による。
