**第一項**  新金融商品取引法第百七条第一項（第四号に係る部分に限る。）の規定の適用については、この法律の施行の際現に旧証券取引法第百六条の十第一項又は第三項ただし書の認可を受けている者は、附則第百十一条の規定にかかわらず、その認可を受けた日において、新金融商品取引法第百六条の十第一項又は第三項ただし書の認可を受けたものとみなす。

With regard to the application of Article 107, paragraph (1) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (iv)), a person that, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, has received the authorization under Article 106-10, paragraph (1) or the proviso to paragraph (3) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 111 of the Supplementary Provisions, to have received the authorization under Article 106-10, paragraph (1) or the proviso to paragraph (3) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act on the day of receiving that authorization.
