**第一項**  この法律の施行の際現に登記をしている証券会員制法人（旧証券取引法第二条第十五項に規定する証券会員制法人をいう。）は、施行日において金融商品会員制法人（新金融商品取引法第二条第十五項に規定する金融商品会員制法人をいう。）としての登記をしたものとみなす。
