**第一項**  新法第百八十九条の規定は、施行日以後に行われる同条の株券等の同条の買付け又は売付けに係る利益について適用し、施行日前に行われた旧法第百八十九条の規定による同条の株式の同条の買付け又は売付けに係る利益については、なお従前の例による。
