**第一項** この法律は、その成立の日から三十日を経過した日からこれを施行する。但し、第二章の規定は、その施行の日から六十日、第六十五条の規定は、その施行の日から六箇月を経過した日から、これを施行する。

This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 30 days have elapsed from the day of its enactment; provided, however, that the provisions of Chapter II come into effect as of the day on which 60 days have elapsed from the day of its enforcement, and the provisions of Article 65 as of the day on which six months have elapsed from the day of its enforcement.
