**第一項**  次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、百万円以下の過料に処する。

A person that falls under any of the following items is sentenced to a civil fine of not more than one million yen:

  **一**  第五十条の二第十項及び第六十六条の四十第六項において準用する会社法第九百四十一条の規定に違反して、同条の調査を求めなかつた者
