  **第一項**  内閣総理大臣は、前条第一項の承認を受けた金融商品取引所が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その承認を取り消すことができる。

  **第二項**  内閣総理大臣は、前条第二項の承認を受けた商品市場開設金融商品取引所が法令、法令に基づく行政官庁の処分又は同項の承認に付した条件に違反したときは、同項の承認を取り消すことができる。

  If a financial instruments exchange engaged in the operation of a commodity market that has obtained the approval referred to in paragraph (2) of the preceding Article violates a law or regulation, a disposition by a government agency which is based on a law or regulation, or a condition attached to the approval referred to in that paragraph, the Prime Minister may rescind the approval referred to in that paragraph.
