  **第一項**  前条第一項の認可を受けようとする者は、国内における代表者を定め、次に掲げる事項を記載した認可申請書を内閣総理大臣に提出しなければならない。

    **六**  外国金融商品取引所参加者（外国金融商品取引所入出力装置を使用した外国金融商品市場における有価証券の売買及び外国市場デリバティブ取引（以下「外国市場取引」という。）を行う者をいう。以下同じ。）に外国市場取引を行わせる外国金融商品市場の種類及び名称
