**第一項**  次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その違反行為をした者は、これを三十万円以下の罰金に処する。

If a person falls under any of the following items, the person who has committed the violation is punished by a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:

  **一**  第三十条第二項（第三十二条の六第六項、第三十三条第四項及び第五項並びに第三十三条の三第二項において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する申請書若しくは届出書又は第三十条第三項（第三十二条の六第六項、第三十三条第四項及び第五項並びに第三十三条の三第二項において準用する場合を含む。）に規定する書類に虚偽の記載をして提出したとき。

  if a person has made a false statement in a written application or written notification provided for in Article 30, paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 32-6, paragraph (6), Article 33, paragraphs (4) and (5), and Article 33-3, paragraph (2)), or in a document provided for in Article 30, paragraph (3) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 32-6, paragraph (6), Article 33, paragraphs (4) and (5), and Article 33-3, paragraph (2)) and then submitted it;

  **二**  第三十二条の三第四項の規定による命令に違反したとき。
