**第一項**  募集情報等提供事業を行う者は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、労働者の募集に関する情報の的確な表示に関する事項、苦情の処理に関する事項その他厚生労働省令で定める事項に関し情報の提供を行うように努めなければならない。
