**第一項**  公共職業安定所は、特定地方公共団体が求人又は求職に関する情報の提供を希望するときは、当該特定地方公共団体に対して、求人又は求職に関する情報として厚生労働省令で定めるものを電磁的方法（電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法をいう。）その他厚生労働省令で定める方法により提供するものとする。

If a specified local public entity wishes to receive information concerning job openings or job searches, a public employment security office will provide the information that Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare prescribes as information that concerns job openings or job searches to the local public entity; this will be done via electronic or magnetic means (this refers to a method that involves the use of an electronic data processing system or a method that makes use of any other such information and communications technology), or by any other means prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
