  **第一項**  厚生労働大臣は、身体又は精神に障害のある者、新たに職業に就こうとする者、中高年齢の失業者その他職業に就くことについて特別の配慮を必要とする者に対して行われる職業紹介及び職業指導の実施に関し必要な基準を定めることができる。
