  **第一項**  職業安定主管局長は、職業に関する調査研究の成果等に基づき、職業紹介事業、労働者の募集及び労働者供給事業に共通して使用されるべき標準職業名を定め、職業解説及び職業分類表を作成し、並びにそれらの普及に努めなければならない。
